Principle of working
The YUKANE
® anti-lime kit issues low frequency signals that reverberate on the water through an impulse coil placed inside the tube. These signals are not transmitted in a synchronized way thus creating a heavy induced electrical field. This field avoids the crystallization of minerals that are dissolved in the water such as calcium or magnesium, before they become calcified on the walls of pipes, taps, water heaters, electric boilers, central heating circuits, pools, electrical appliances, etc. Because these minerals are not embedded, they are in suspension forming a thin calcareous power that is eliminated without realizing while using this system.
The water will keep its physical properties when passing through this induced heavy electrical field in about five days. Gradually, lime sediments appeared before the placement of this YUKANE
® system will be eliminated. Where should YUKANE® Anti-lime be installed?
- 1.YUKANE® Anti-lime is designed to be able of treating the whole of your home or business by putting the system on the main intake of cold water, before or after the main stopcock.
- 1.If it cannot be put as said above, the system can be installed on whichever pipe of cold water. The nearer to the main pipe of entrance of water, the better. In spite of this location, the signal can be spread all over the whole installation.
- 1.If it cannot be put as said above, the system can be installed at the entrance of cold water of the water gas-heater or electric boiler, but in this case only the net of pipes of hot water will be treated.
The most efficient place of installation is the one mentioned in point 1 and the less efficient is point 3. The maximum diameter of pipe that can be treated by this YUKANE
® AY02 Anti-lime is 25 mm.
In case of putting this kit in a central heating circuit, the ideal location is the main pipe of return of that circuit.
In case of installing this system in a pool, the ideal location is on the pipe that comes from the selecting valve towards the boosters (the model of anti-lime for that purpose is YUKANE
® Anti-lime AY05 for pipes of 50 mm of diameter the maximum).
